Voice  Over ACting | Let your voice be heard

 

AOS now offers voice over classes starting Winter 2017! Students will experience and learn: Microphone Technique and Studio Etiquette, Audition Techniques & Industry Expectations, Script Analysis,  How To Find Their Signature Sound, Solo Mock Auditions, Group Scene Work, How to Create & Sustain Original Characters for Animation. *Second grade reading level required.

5-8 yr Class

Students will experience and learn: Microphone Technique and Studio Etiquette, Audition Techniques & Industry Expectations, Script Analysis,  How To Find Their Signature Sound, Solo Mock Auditions, Group Scene Work, How to Create & Sustain Original Characters for Animation.

(One Hour Weekly Class)

9-12 yr Class

Students will experience and learn: Voiceover 101 which includes but is not limited to the following: Microphone Technique and Studio Etiquette, Audition Techniques & Industry Expectations, Script Analysis,  How To Find Their Signature Sound, Solo Mock Auditions, & Group Scene Work
 
Students will also learn about & engage with the following voice acting genres: Talking Books & Talking Toys, Creating & Sustaining Original Characters for Animation, Voice Acting for Cartoons & Video Games, Voice Acting for TV & Radio Commercials, eLearning & Narration Voiceovers, Voice Acting for Promos & Bumpers.
 

(One Hour Weekly Class)

Teen Class

Students will experience and learn: Microphone Technique & Studio Etiquette, Auditioning 101, Audio Editing 101, Industry Expectations, Understanding the Script, Voiceover for TV & Radio Commercials, Inflection Perfection, Acting Out, Increasing Your Expressive Range, Vocal Placement for Character Voice Acting, Creating & Sustaining Original Characters for Animation, Improv for Voice Acting.

Students will also learn about & engage in the following voice acting genres: Talking Books & Talking Toys, Creating & Sustaining Original Characters for Animation, Voice Acting for Cartoons & Video Games, Voice Acting for TV & Radio Commercials, eLearning & Narration Voiceovers, Voice Acting for Promos & Bumpers.

(One Hour Weekly Class)

Adult Class

Students will experience and learn: Microphone Technique & Studio Etiquette, Auditioning 101, Audio Editing 101, Industry Expectations, Understanding the Script, Voiceover for TV & Radio Commercials, Inflection Perfection, Acting Out, Increasing Your Expressive Range, Vocal Placement for Character Voice Acting, Creating & Sustaining Original Characters for Animation, Improv for Voice Acting.
